Nominations for the County Council and Community Council elections due to take place on 5 May 2022 have now closed.  The four candidates are contesting the County Council seat for Devauden are Moira Coleman (Lib Dem), Emily Fairman (Green), Bob Greenland (Tory) and Margaret Griffiths (Labour).

The seats on Devauden Community Council were not contested.  The following people were nominated.

Itton: Geoffrey Powell

Kilgwwrwg: Anthony Kitson-Smith
