To find out more about a range of affordable new homes to buy or rent that will soon be available in Devauden come along to the open evening in Devauden Village Hall from 5:30 to 8pm on Thursday 22nd September.

Several of the newly built houses at The Fallows development off Well Lane have been earmarked for affordable housing.  Applicants must register with Monmouthshire Homesearch to express an interest and priority will be given to those with a connection to the Devauden area. The properties are expected to be available in early 2023.
