Following the sad death of Cllr Bob Greenland, there will be a by-election in Devauden ward of Monmouthshire County Council on Thursday 20th October.

The nomination period for candidates to stand for election will end on 4pm on the 23 September 2022.

At the elections held in May this year the Conservatives received just under half the votes and Labour came second with about one third of the votes.  The Greens and Lib Dems came third and fourth, each with 10% of the votes cast.
