The Annual General Meeting of Devauden Village Hall AGM will be held in the hall on Thursday April 26th at 7pm.  Your views on hall activities over the past year and your ideas for the future will be welcomed, and if you would also like to become more involved you can stand for election to the hall committee.

Besides the Fete and Bonfire Night, other events have been created over the past few years – Music Festival, 10k run, Mid-Summer Magic, Santa and Songs and Easter Egg Hunt, so bringing people from the village together and fostering community spirit.

You could be a member of the team that organises these events and proposes new ones.

As a committee member, along with the other committee members, you will be responsible for running the hall and grounds safely, and look after any funds raised properly. As these responsibilities are shared, they do not need to be a particular burden for anyone.

If you are interested in becoming a committee member, nomination forms are available from the village shop; they must be returned there by Wednesday 25th April 2017 by 5pm.
