Last year Monmouthshire County Council invited housing developers to put forward ‘candidate sites’ to be considered for housing development in the Monmouthshire Replacement Local Development Plan (RLDP).  The Council has now published a register of these sites, three of which are in Devauden.

The three sites are:

CS0036 - Land west of the B4293 and north of Devauden.

CS0214 -An extension to Churchfields

CS0236 - Land south of Coal Lane

The Register is for information purposes only and the Council is not yet accepting any comments on the candidate sites.
